International Orders

Refund and cancellation policies are not available for international orders. All international sales are final.

Local Orders (Lebanon)

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at support@tricotebei.com or via WhatsApp.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within 2 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

• Customers are responsible for exchange delivery fees.

• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
